NME plans a joint venture in Oklahoma.
Los Angeles-based National Medical Enterprises and the 684-bed St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City agreed on a joint venture to develop health-care facilities throughout Oklahoma. Richard K. Eamer, chairman and chief executive of NME, and Richard Mooney, president of St. Anthony, said that NME and the Lee-Dewey Corp., the nonprofit hospital’s for-profit subsidiary, have formed an Oklahoma corporation to pursue health-care developmental opportunities.
