The $10-million pact was signed by Beverly Hills-based Wrather Corp. with Southbrook Television, a unit of Southbrook International Television, an English corporation that owns and distributes internationally a substantial library of television programs and feature films and is the major set-construction company in the United Kingdom television market. The deal is expected to be consummated by mid-June.
