Foothill Homes Offers 47 Units in First Phase

Foothill Homes, a development of 242 units called “detached condominiums,” opens today in the North San Fernando Valley with 47 units in the first phase.

Priced from $99,900 to $114,000, the units are available with FHA, VA and conventional financing and a monthly homeowners fee of $64.

Developed by Devine Corp., the homes are being offered in six floor plans with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and two-story entrance halls in 1,335 to 1,522 square feet of space. The homes will also have private yards and use of such common amenities as a swimming pool, spa and recreation area.

Located near the Simi and Foothill freeways, the project is in Lakeview Terrace and Pacoima. A sales office and decorated models are open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 12112 Foothill Blvd., at the corner of Foothill and Van Nuys boulevards.
