Billy Graham Plans D.C. Crusade

WASHINGTON —
Evangelist Billy Graham, vowing to steer clear of partisan politics, said today that he will hold a major crusade in Washington in April of 1986, his first in the nation’s capital since 1960, and predicted that it could have a major impact on the city, nation and world.
