Coldwell Banker acquired a real estate operation.

The firm said it has purchased the real estate brokerage operations of DeFelice Real Estate of Warwick, R.I. Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, a unit of Sears Financial Network, said terms were not disclosed. DeFelice has 10 residential sales offices and 230 full-time sales associates who serve Rhode Island and part of southeastern Massachusetts.
