Windrift Condos Open Today at Laguna Niguel

Windrift, a 136-unit condominium development by Shawntana Development, opens today in Laguna Niguel’s Beacon Hill master-planned community.
The first phase of the development, with 68 units, is priced from $76,000 to $145,000, with one-, two- and three-bedroom, one-level condominiums and two-level town houses ranging from 747 to 1,361 square feet.
June move-ins are projected and conventional and below-market (9.425% and 9.9% interest rate) bond financing is available to qualified buyers on most units, according to Shawntana’s Bart Hansen.
The monthly homeowners association fee, including the fee for Beacon Hill, ranges from $101.43 to $120.76. The development features New England-style architecture by Von Fossen & Partners Architecture.
Four models decorated by Color Design Art are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 101 Dover Place, reached from the Crown Valley Parkway exit of the San Diego Freeway.
