Security Council May Hold Debate on Embargo

UNITED NATIONS —
The U.N. Security Council is expected to debate developments in Central America after the imposition of a U.S. trade embargo against Nicaragua, delegates said Monday.
They said that the 15-nation council may meet at Nicaragua’s request as early as Wednesday. It would be the first such meeting this year.
