The two top officers of the U.S. Navy salvage ship Recovery have been temporarily relieved of command following the recovery of nine Soviet-made automatic weapons that were allegedly taken from Grenada, the Navy said in Norfolk, Va. The weapons were rounded up last month when one sailor surrendered a Soviet-made AK-47 assault rifle he apparently obtained from the Caribbean island, which American forces invaded in October, 1983.
