About 30 Guardian Angel volunteer crime fighters crossed the Mexican border at Tijuana to deter crime but almost got arrested themselves. As 19 of the volunteers patrolled a border neighborhood, a Mexican police commander ordered them to stop or face arrest. “They have no business coming here,” said police Commandant David Bolanos Camara.
