38 Homes to Be Auctioned in Anaheim

Thirty-eight homes, including single-family houses and condominiums, will be sold at auction by the firm of R. Thomas Ashley on June 2, beginning at 2 p.m., at 10 Freedman Way, Anaheim.

Each home will be offered at a minimum opening bid of 60% of its last asking price; the minimums will range from $21,000 for a Rancho Cucamonga condominium to $130,000 for a three-bedroom house in Newport Beach. Other properties are in Woodland Hlls, Redondo Beach, Westminster, San Clemente, Mission Viejo, Ontario, Fontana, Mira Loma, Rowland Heights, Montclair and Escondido.
