Two Buildings Purchased While Under Construction

Larry Shields of New York City has purchased a new, 23,520-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial development at 3738 Century Blvd., Inglewood, from Tine Corp. for $1 million. Both parties were represented by Klabin Co. of Inglewood. The two buildings, each of 11,760 square feet, on a 1.3-acre site are 90% completed and Klabin, exclusive marketing agent, said the project is the first in the city’s Century Redevelopment Area.
