Walnut Town Houses Feature Cape Cod-Style Exteriors

Cape Cod-style exteriors and contemporary interiors are featured in the 106-unit Hampton Court town house development opening today in Walnut.

Three two- and three-bedroom floor plans are offered, ranging from 1,284 to 1,520 square feet, priced from $90,990 to $106,990. The VCA-Randy Washington Group designed the Relco Industries project.

Features include two-car garages with direct indoor access and laundry alcoves, patios, wood-burning fireplaces, air conditioning, cathedral ceilings and built-in kitchen appliances.

A monthly homeowner association fee of about $91 pays for common area maintenance and water for individual units. Mid-summer occupancies are expected for the 52 units in the first phase.

Three models designed by Norman Colburt Design Studio are open daily, except Thursdays and Fridays, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 21209 Cottonwood Lane, reached from the northbound Brea Canyon Road exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
