Moldenhauer to Head Women’s Mortgage Group

Wendy Moldenhauer of Household Bank, Newport Beach, has been installed as the new president of the Orange County Assn. of Professional Mortgage Women.

Other officers are Shirley Allen of Credit Service Co, Buena Park, vice president; Cindy Daschian of Household Bank, Newport Beach, recording secretary; Linda Hansen of Household Bank, treasurer, and Beverly Fleming of National Pacific Mortgage, Cerritos, corresponding secretary.

The new board also includes past president Marlene Mayer of National Pacific Mortgage; Connie Cheek of Loan Sense Inc., Huntington Beach, and Roxie Chilson of Horizon Mortgage, Newport Beach.
