Pershing Square and Its Future Direction
In reference to Pershing Square, you are so right. It sounds like a lot of money will be spent on designers and bureaucrats. And they will probably put up barbed wire again like they did last summer to make the park “safe” for the office workers.
Why don’t they spend money on building some parks on Skid Row, where they are needed. And let Pershing Square alone. Remember, beware of sweet-talking bureaucrats bearing gifts. Sounds like the city is being taken for a ride--again.
