Attorneys for the company said former employee Roger L. Tuttle was not telling the truth when he claimed that the company destroyed records that might hurt its defense against thousands of Dalkon Shield lawsuits. James S. Crockett Jr., a Robins attorney, said the Richmond Va.-based company will try to have Tuttle’s contention stricken from a Dalkon Shield case pending in U.S. District Court in Wichita, Kan.
