900 Pounds of Cocaine Seized After Shoot-Out

EVERGLADES CITY, Fla. —
Federal drug agents seized nearly half a ton of Colombian cocaine after a gun battle at a makeshift landing strip on a rural road, authorities said Friday. About 900 pounds of cocaine were confiscated Thursday night, and four Miami men were arrested.
