Starr Elected Lathing Chief

Amos Starr, president of Starr Enterprises, which includes North Starr Plastering Co., a Sacramento lathing and plastering firm, has been elected president of the California Lathing & Plastering Contractors Assn.

Elected with him were Wayne Hendrickson of Orange County, first vice president; James Johnson of San Francisco, second vice president, and Vince Panzarella of San Diego, secretary-treasurer. Clay M. Johnson continues as managing director.

Members of the board of governors are Royce Crowell, Chip Kearns, James Pair, T. P. Rivera, Joe Krader, Herb Shearer, James Stiles, Larry Lockhart, Bill Nix, Sam Siri, John Zamzow and George Throop.
