Arnold Palmer, saying “I’ve had it,” will soon be taking an indefinite respite from competitive golf.
“I’m tired and I need a rest,” said Palmer following a disappointing final round in a PGA Seniors events in Castle Rock, Colo. He said he will honor a few commitments including playing in the U.S. Open qualifying tournament today before relaxing.
