The recent turmoil over the Reagan Administration’s “soft on white-collar crime” philosophy has forced the Great Communicator to explain his position.
The Amerian people now understand why the Justice Department is soft on white-collar crime. We don’t have to worry about being prosecuted if we don’t do our “duty” and cheat on our taxes.
