William D. Klimback, formerly executive vice president and regional manager of the California region for Ticor Title Insurance, has been elected president of the Pacific division. He will manager the firm’s operations in seven zones and will be headquartered in Los Angeles.

Dan A. Hanson, who has served as manager of several offices of SAFECO Title Insurance, has been appointed vice president/regional manager for the Southern California market. He will be responsible for branch operations in eight counties, including 21 offices with 700 employees.

Susan Parker, formerly associated with Triton Property Management Co., Murdock Management Co., and Wells Fargo Realty Advisors, has been named property manager of Cadillac Fairview/California’s Pacific Gateway Center regional office complex in the South Bay area of Los Angeles.

Nelson Colvin, a veteran of 21 years in the landscape and irrigation construction fields, has been named vice president and general manager of California Landscape Inc., Canoga Park.

Michael McNeill has been named Equidon’s senior vice president of marketing for Southern California. Kevin Hanson will serve as senior vice president of operations for the Irvine-based company.

Shawn O’Connor has been appointed sales and marketing coordinator for WSLA Development Corp., Costa Mesa.

Jeffrey A. Johnson and Douglas A. Thimm have been appointed associates of the San Diego-based architectural and planning firm of Buzard/Henning & Associates.

Bette A. Hollenbeck has been promoted to assistant vice president and is working at the corporate level of First American Title Insurance Co. of Santa Ana.

Ray A. Landry has been promoted to the newly created position of Las Vegas area manager for Pardee Construction Co. of Nevada.

John Rasnic, formerly with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and D. R. Thomas Inc., has joined Scott-Long Construction Inc. of Fairfax, Va., as controller. The company has been an active general contractor in the Southland.

Richard Shapiro has been named director of leasing for GBW Properties headquartered in Los Angeles.

Loretta Faciane-Pollack has been promoted to vice president and manager of project development in Bank of America’s corporate real estate department in Los Angeles.

Ronald J. Perry and Cynthia D. Maher have been added to the staff of the San Diego County Local Development Corp. as economic specialists.

Thomas P. Napier Jr. has been named executive vice president in charge of new product development and marketing at Security Pacific Mortgage Corp. of Denver. He will remain in Los Angeles in his new duties.
