Yorba Linda Homes Feature 3-Car Garages

Countrywalk, Woodcrest Development Inc.’s newest 78-unit residential project opens this weekend in Yorba Linda.

Steve Swanson, vice president of sales for Woodcrest, said that nearly 20 homes have been sold since the first preview was held two weeks ago. The move-in date will be in August or September.

Priced from $149,990 to $173,000, Countrywalk offers three floor plans, with three or four bedrooms and two to two-and-half baths. The size range is 1,568 to 1,970 square feet.

All plans feature three-car garages on lots of 10,000 square feet or more. The one- and two-story residences feature country-style kitchens that open to breakfast nooks and family rooms with sliding glass walls and wood burning fireplaces.

An information center and three furnished models by Yeiser-Garland & Associates of Costa Mesa are open daily at 5135 Via Mariposa, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors to Countrywalk may reach the project from the Riverside (91) freeway at Imperial Highway (90), driving north and then right on Yorba Linda Boulevard, four miles to the complex.
