Koll Executive Heads Orange County Unit

Richard M. Ortwein, division president of the Koll Co., has been intalled as president of the Orange County chapter of the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Parks.
Other officers are Brian Corrigan of Coldwell Banker, first vice president; Robert H. Osbrink of Irvine Co., second vice president; Jeannie O’Hara of Diversified Shopping Centers, treasurer, and Phillip Kunisch of First American Title Insurance Co., secretary.
Committee chairman are Richard N. Frost, membership; William L. Hamm, program, and A. Martin Stradtman, legislative, while public relations co-chairmen are Andrew C. Schutz, George S. Spragins and Andrew R. Zimbaldi. Past presidents William P. McCubbin Jr. and John K. Alstrom continue with the new board in an advisory capacity.
