Apartment Complex in Santee Purchased
The 154-unit apartment complex on 8.29 acres at 9700 Magnolia Park Drive, Santee, has been sold for $9.1 million by Santee II, a limited partnership whose general partners are William M. Chance, Daniel A. Moriarity and Ronald J. McElliott.
The buyer was Metro-Dyne Financial Corp. of San Jose, represented by Business Properties Brokerage Co. The seller was represented by IPG Realty. The complex of two-bedroom, two-bath apartments includes a recreation cabana, swimming pool, two spas and laundry facilities and has a final condominium report.
