Boy Who Was Hit by Truck Remains Critical
A 5-year-old boy hit by a truck Saturday in front of his home remained in critical condition Monday, Police Officer Greg Mattis said.
Anaheim police said Joseph D. Ricasa was apparently trying to cross the street in front of his parents’ house at about 7 p.m. when he was struck by a pickup truck. Police did not cite the driver.
The boy was taken by helicopter to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana.
