Applied Circuit Technology Inc. of Anaheim said it received a $3-million order for its computer testing equipment from International Business Machines Corp. and Seagate Technology. The order is the second Applied Circuit has received from the two companies in the last two months. On April 22, Applied Circuit received orders worth about $7 million from IBM and Seagate.
