Apartment Project Under Construction

Construction is under way on Espirit del Sol, a 145-unit rental apartment development in Solana Beach at Stevens Avenue and Turfwood Lane.

The $14-million project will consist of three buildings with 12 floor plans offering studio and one- and two- bedroom units. WesTerra Development Corp. is the developer; Nogle, Hawkins, Onufer & Associates Inc. and Howard Oxley are the architects.
