Golden Triangle Office Building Sold to Title Firm

Two Governor Park, a 23,000-square-foot office building at 6310 Greenwich Drive in San Diego’s Golden Triangle, has been purchased for $2,912,662 by the Stewart Title Co., according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, which represented both the buyer and the seller, the Joseph Development Corp.
