Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Co. of Grand Rapids, Mich., said it has named Raymond Knape to the positions of president and chief executive. Knape, who previously had been vice president, secretary and treasurer, succeeds his cousin, the late Donald Knape.

Pacific Resources Inc., an independent energy company based in Honolulu, said Charles L. Dunlap, 42, will join the company next month as executive vice president. Dunlap previously was with Atlantic Richfield’s Petroleum Products Co.
