Members of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, meeting in Anchorage, who have been focusing on President Reagan’s tax reform plan, shifted their attention to the support of nuclear disarmament, freer international trade and federal highway maintenance. The conference’s resolutions committee took up about 50 resolutions, reviewing them before the entire gathering of about 165 mayors votes on them Wednesday.
