Swensen’s, the Phoenix-based ice cream parlor chain, said it completed a previously announced transaction to reverse its $3.6-million purchase in August, 1984, of the plants. Swensen said it was receiving 2.4 million of its shares held by the San Francisco dairy in compensation.
