Spanish Officer Killed

BILBAO, Spain —
A Spanish police corporal, Eugenio Recio Garcia, 51, was shot to death Tuesday by three assailants in the northern Basque town of Santurce, 10 miles west of Bilbao, police said. Basque separatists are suspected, they said.
