Charlton Associates, an Irvine maker of computer disks, said it signed two sales agreements worth a total of $10 million.
Under the agreements, Charlton will supply disks to Olivetti and Computer Memories Inc., which manufacture disk drive systems for computers. Olivetti supplies AT&T; and Xerox, while Computer Memories sells its systems to IBM.
Founded in 1981, privately held Charlton has annual sales of about $40 million.
