San Gabriel
The Yellow Cab Co. of San Gabriel Valley will provide dial-a-ride service for the elderly and handicapped in San Gabriel through June of next year under a $40,000 annual contract renewed by the City Council. The city subsidy augments the 50-cent fare charged to passengers. The dial-a-ride service is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily for trips within the city limits and up to five miles beyond.
