British Agents Seize Heroin Worth $18 Million

LONDON — British customs agents said Saturday they had smashed an Italian-controlled international drug smuggling ring and seized heroin with a street value of $18 million.
They said they arrested four Italians earlier this week after confiscating the drugs.
