New Offices, Expansions : Commercial Realty Firm Relocates to Crossroads

Majestic Realty Co. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Commerce Construction Co., have moved into the new 70,000-square foot Crossroads Terrace Building, 13200 Crossroads Parkway North, City of Industry. The firm formerly occupied space on Telegraph Road in City of Commerce.

Crossroads Terrace Building is within the 120-acre Crossroads Business Park at the junction of the Pomona (60) and 605 freeways. Majestic Realty Co. developed Crossroads Parkway North, the second building in the business park, according to Edward P. Roski Jr., executive vice president.

Nielsen Construction Co.

Nielsen Construction Co., San Diego, has opened an office at 18226 W. McDurmott, Suite C, Irvine. John Rope, a veteran employee and district manager, will head the office. An employee-owned firm, Nielsen is reportedly the largest volume construction manager/contractor in San Diego.

TRW/Information

TRW/Information Systems Group will move later this summer from Redondo Beach to 31,000 square feet of space on two floors of the Arco Center, 200 Ocean Gate, Long Beach. The space was designed by Environetics International Inc.

Reddin Security Services

Tom Reddin Security Services has moved to 3434 West 6th St., according to Sixth Street Venture, owner of the building and its sister building, 3400 West 6th St. Reddin is a former Los Angeles police chief.
