$1.6-Million Purchase

Anheuser-Bush has purchased a 35,632-square-foot industrial building on San Fernando Road at Fletcher Drive from DHB Investments of Los Angeles for $1.6 million and will take possession in mid-July. Daum Corp. represented the buyer and Coldwell Banker the seller.
