R & D Development Completed in Phoenix

The $3-million Marconi Research Center, formerly known as Arizona Technology Center, has been completed in Phoenix.

Designed by Carli Architecture, San Diego, the project in north Phoenix has 115,000 square feet of space in five single-story buildings. The developer is Samuelson/Hornaday/Esps.
