Federal and Salt Lake City law officers arrested 19 people named in a federal grand jury indictment charging them with running a cocaine-trafficking ring in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming with ties to Northern California. The 19 are charged in a 127-count indictment, U.S. Atty. Brent Ward said in the Utah city. Twelve of those named in the indictments were arraigned before a U.S. magistrate in Salt Lake City. All pleaded innocent. The Californians named are George E. O’Brien, 41, of Orinda, Donald F. Rigney, 32, of Pleasant Hill, and two Oakland men, Richard A Tyree, 38, and Vincent D. McClun, 28.
