Sizzler Restaurants acquired Tenly Enterprises.

Los Angeles-based Sizzler, which had previously announced a letter of intent to acquire the Rockville, Md., company, paid an undisclosed amount of cash for Tenley’s 80 Rustler Steak Houses and three other restaurants. A Sizzler spokesman said 49 Rustler restaurants will be converted to company-owned Sizzlers and another 13 will be franchised. The acquisition provides Sizzler an entry into the Northeastern market.
