Benefiting from a large Army contract and an increase in domestic sales of software licenses, Systonetics reported net income of $27,700 for the first quarter of fiscal 1985 compared to a loss of $164,000 during the year-ago quarter.

The Fullerton manufacturer of management software systems also posted a 72% increase in revenues for the quarter, ended May 31, rising to $2.5 million from $1.4 million.
