Applied Circuit Technology Inc. of Anaheim said its preliminary agreement to acquire privately held SRL Inc., also of Anaheim, has been terminated by mutual agreement. Officials did not state a reason for the decision. Applied Circuit is a supplier of test equipment for computer disk drives and SRL provides testing services for semiconductors and integrated circuits.
