The parents of a Van Nuys teen-ager who ran off with her 22-year-old boyfriend in February have posted a $10,000 reward for her return, police said.

Anna Marie and Victor Jensen, the parents of 17-year-old Karen Jensen, have opened an account with the reward money at the Home Savings of America Savings & Loan in Studio City, the Jensens said.

Meanwhile, the boyfriend, Michael W. Foster, is wanted by Los Angeles police on a felony warrant accusing him of child abduction. His mother, Mary Jane Fall of Northridge, has been charged with one count of concealment, according to Detective Richard Schauer.

Fall is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Van Nuys Municipal Court on July 26 in connection with the Jensens’ allegation that Fall kept Karen’s presence in her house a secret from the Jensens when Karen left home on a previous occasion this year.

Anna Marie Jensen said that, in February, Karen went with Foster to Las Vegas. After several weeks, they located her and she returned home. They were in the process of enrolling her in a drug rehabilitation program in Mexico when she reportedly slipped away again from the program’s office in Beverly Hills.
