Santa Ana police and federal agents arrested four men in the parking lot of South Coast Plaza and seized 20 kilograms of cocaine worth an estimated $3 million. A Santa Ana police spokesman identified the suspects as Jose Luis Galindo, 31, a Cuban citizen from Hialeah, Fla.; Jesus Maria Palacio, 29, a Colombian living in Miami; Juan Luis Castano, 31, a Colombian citizen from Highland Beach, Fla., and Daniel Eugene Hiteman, 36, of New Orleans. All four were booked into the Anaheim city jail on drug-possession and conspiracy charges. No bail was set.
