Communist guerrillas waging a sabotage campaign against the Philippines’ first nuclear power plant have blown up two power-line pylons, bringing to 26 the number of transmission towers damaged in two weeks, officials said Wednesday. Damage has been estimated at $1.5 million.

The state-run Philippine News Agency said the latest attack took place Monday in the town of Abucay, 20 miles south of the Westinghouse nuclear plant on the Bataan Peninsula.
