Retaliatory Aid
There is a simple effective way to deal with Arab terrorists. Every time they strike against us, we should increase, substantially, our grants of military hardware and aid to Israel.
Syria, which is behind much of the terrorism against the United States, would think twice before planning or condoning an act designed to produce publicity that weakens U.S.-Israel ties, if the predictable outcome is a strengthening of those ties and a more formidable Israel.
