Asher/Gould Advertising Inc., Los Angeles, announced the following promotions: Ron Herman, senior vice president-client services, was named executive vice president and partner. He is succeeded as director of client services by Trevor Goodman, who was previously vice president-marketing. Also, Dolores (Dee) Hampton was named vice president-media director.
