Residential Acreage Purchased for San Dimas Development

A $3-million acquisition of 284 acres for a new residential community in San Dimas has been announced by Southmark Pacific Corp., Pasadena, developer of the property in joint venture with Boulevard Enterprises.
The deal for the proposed Rancho Via Verde, with a total of 270 mixed density residences, was negotiated with the First Baptist Church of Pomona. The project is adjacent to the Foothill (210) Freeway near Bonelli Regional Park.
