Auction Results in 37 Homes Purchased

A two-hour auction held adjacent to Melodyland in Anaheim and conducted by R. Thomas Ashley, a real estate marketing firm, resulted in the sale of 37 Southland homes.
Successful bidders purchased the homes for an aggregate of $3,394,750. In another event conducted by the firm, condominiums in a $20-million, 16-story building in the Los Angeles area also came under the auctioneer’s hammer.
