San Luis Obispo Hotel, Mall Financing Provided

First Interstate Mortgage Co. Income Property Division, Pasadena headquarters, has provided a total of $37.6 million for the proposed, 190-room Park Suits Hotel and 264,164-square-foot Central Coast Plaza Shopping Mall in San Luis Obispo.
