I would like to recommend an excellent travel guide and cookbook which has just come to my attention, “The Bed & Breakfast Cookbook” by Rita M. Thompson. It contains not only a wide selection of B&B; contacts and amenities, but also an excellent assortment of recipes. It’s a double-header. The book is available at B.
